1. AGM, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Job Description:
1. Lead a team for preparation of tender proposal
2. Develop costing framework for HWU and IWS proposal including terms and conditions
3. On time delivery of complete tender bid packages, administration of tender clarification and bid bulletin
4. Attend and negotiate in pre-award negotiation
5. Post award client management
6. Responds to market surveys and RFQ
7. Develop commercial proposal and the associated terms for clients
8. Assist legal department to draft terms of contracts, and negotiate with clients
9. Liaise and communicate with clients and principal
10. Represent company at exhibition and conferences, face to face or online
11. Conduct presentation to introduce the company to new clients, collaborators, principals, in person or
via webinars
12. Maintain relationship with existing clients and principal
13. Prepare annual and half yearly sales forecast
14. Conduct market scan when required
15. Brief the management in the monthly MCM
16. Undertake business assessment and make recommendations for Management decision
17. Uphold QMS and ABMS of Velesto Energy Berhad
