Positions:
1. PLC PROGRAMMING ENGINEER
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To develop a PLC program & design HMI for automation equipment
- To prepare electrical circuit diagrams for automation machines
- Handle machine setups, testing and troubleshooting
- Provide field support for automation machines.
Who are we looking for?
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least years of related working experience with knowledge and skills in programming, preferably in Omron/Mitsubishi/Keyence.
- Required skill(s): PLC & HMI programming
- Experience in developing robot programs is a strong advantage.
- Independent, resourceful and self-driven with strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
2. IT PROGRAMMER
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance in house ERP and error rectification.
- Develop web apps that integrate with ERP & other business/production application systems.
- Provide analysis, trouble-shooting, problem resolutions, and prompt response to in house system or other software issues.
- Working closely across departments, to jointly drive the business requirements through to completion.
- To undertake other functional duties when required by the superior from time to time.
- Assist with user walkthrough to review system specification/design
- Management of projects including project reporting to management.
- Creation of programs to specification.
- System testing.
- User Training.
- Assistance with software release.
- Installation/Upgrades and Training services as required.
- System documentation as required
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good working understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Service Oriented Architectures.
- Minimum 2 years commercial software experience using development tools such as ASP CLASSIC, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, C# and MS SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Java Script, VB script, Java, XML, Crystal Report will be an added advantage.
- Individual with can-do attitude, willing to learn, result driven, and seeking advanced technical knowledge is encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
