Positions:
1. SENIOR MANAGER
Job Description:
- Make strategic plans for the products that have been responsible for achieving sales target objectives, profit and monthly and annual product achievement percentage targets.
- Ensure the planning and implementation of activities according to the strategy that has been set to achieve the sales target and user 'off takes'.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the strategy and report should be sent to the President.
- Need to work with the Promotion Manager so that the planned strategy is to achieve the same objective.
- Cooperate with the R&D Department and the Market Research Department in the production of new products or the improvement of existing products.
- Lead and cooperate fully with the Market Research Department in every study conducted.
- Need to work with distributors, agencies or departments related to product management.
- Visit to the distributor at least once a month (not including the 'central area') and send a market visit report no later than a week after the visit.
- Send the necessary reports to the President according to the time set (Product Report, Sales Target, Product Promotion, 3 months Rolling Budget, Sell in Report etc).
- Make monthly, annual product development analysis and make action plans that need to be taken for each distributor nationally or regionally.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Full-Timable to think strategically, resourceful in problem solving, excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead, motivate the marketing team in enhancing their performance.
- A team player, mature and able to work independently.
- Strong event management skill, pro-active, creative and result oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) preferred
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER PURCHASING
Job Description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Strong Negotiation Skills, Multi- Tasking, Leadership And Managing.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Requirement:
- Fully responsible for finding new suppliers.
- Make an assessment of the supplier's ability based on the supplier's financial & storage position and background.
- Conduct the auditing process to the supplier's premises as required.
- Carry out the process of analyzing the prices of other suppliers' goods from time to time
- Store supplier information or related documents
- Confirm or examine the design (artwork or iris proof) before it is confirmed by the parties involved.
- Manage/obtain samples of raw materials or packaging materials for research or testing purposes before approving their use.
- Responsible for R&D service forms/Quality Control Services before a raw material or packaging material is approved to be brought in.
- Ensuring all purchases are in accordance with the purchasing SOP and in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 guide as well as updating documentation to meet ISO requirements.
- Deal with suppliers according to relevant requirements for HALAL/MUI/HACCP/GMPB+/GMP/ISO and ensure documents are stored according to an effective and simple system.

Adabi began its journey into Malaysian homes in 1984, with the creation of various curry products in a small factory located in Batu Caves Light Industrial Area.
Two years later, 1986 saw the sudden rise in market growth which prompted our transfer to a larger factory in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area. There, we expanded our business further. The company then added two more plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in the year 1990 and 1992 respectively.
Due to increasing consumer demand, in 1996 Adabi made the move to its current location in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park. Its four-acre land is home to the company’s production sites, warehouses, corporate office as well as administrative facilities.
