1. SALES EXECUTIVE (VENDING)

Job Description:
- Achieve net placement of vending machines in current customer base and aggressively penetrate new and competitors’ accounts to further expand vending business.
- Maximize yield in vending machines by ensuring that nonperforming machines are re-deployed to better locations.
- Attend to all customer's products and service complaint and resolve them with customers, technical department, operations unit and internal QC departments.
- Duty as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma.
- Able to communicate well and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (Sales in vending preferred but not necessary)
- Skills: Ms Excel, data analysis and market trends, Client relationship management abilities, Sales Expertise

2. SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/ Degree Holder (preferably finance/accounting)
- At least 1 -2 years of working experience in fixed asset management is required for this position.
- Knowledge of SAP System is preferable.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & SAP
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
Job Descriptions:
- Fixed Asset Management on documentation and records
- Assist in monthly/quarterly closing for fixed assets
- All matters related to freezer management (Documentation, recording, write off/disposal
- To run and send out monthly freezer yield report
- Inter-Company reconciliation and billing, monthly closing & reporting
- Prepare working file for monthly inter-co balances reconciliation
- Prepare for Inter-co transaction and billing
- Administrative tasks such as scanning of documents, filings, etc
- Ad hoc reports that required by the management on a timely basis
