1. REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:
The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require effective delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled:
- Develop and execute Naim Group’s short and long-term business strategies for the Kuching region.
- Drive business development in the region with focus on expansion into new business segments and leading the existing market.
- Drive digital and technology adaptation and utilisation in order to achieve targeted growth and operations optimisation.
- Building and enhancing the company’s public profile by establishing relationships with key stakeholders such as local, international businesses, government and the public.
- Overseeing the Company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, ventures, manpower requirements and overall customer-centric initiatives.
- Prepare project or business proposals, where necessary, involving Kuching region including all aspects of feasibility investigations (including acquisitions, constructions and consultancies).
- Lead, grow and motivate the team in the Kuching region with focus on engagement and upskilling while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance and ethical behavior.
- Ensure continuous updates, adherence, monitoring, and creating awareness of standard operating procedures (SOP) at group level.
- Review on a continuous basis, the general business climate for the related business units and adjust the business direction or focus as needed.
- Ensure quality standards and relevant statutory requirements and laws are maintained within all business/projects in Kuching and that all anticipated operational risks are mitigated and resolved, including occupational health, safety and environmental, social and governance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Regional General Manager or relevant role.
- Experience in managing mixed development, commercial, and leasing of strata title properties will be an added advantage.
- Possess a flair for property development, complete project cycle, and strategic master planning including other aspects like feasibility studies, project management, marketing, and authorities liaison.
- Strong liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors, and consultants to ensure the smooth implementation of a project.
- Strong leadership and project management, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
2. SENIOR MANAGER - PROJECT (BASED IN SARAWAK)
Job Summary:
Manage and plan assigned project, ensure timely implementation, progress and completion of the project in the most cost effective manner with quality.
Job Responsibilities:
The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require effective delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled:
- Plans, executes, monitors and controls a project to closure.
- Oversees timely implementation, progress and completion of project.
- Monitors cost and ensures compliance with budget.
- Ensures project meets all quality requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities related to the contract.
- Monitors performance of the contractors to ensure compliance to the requirements, policies and procedures.
- Ensures HSE requirements fully complied with.
- Leads, directs and motivates project team to ensure project complete within schedule and within budget.
- Responsible on daily site activity reporting to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure toolbox meeting is to be conducted within your section every morning before start any site activity.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate superior and the Management of Naim Group from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 8 years related working experience preferably in building and construction industry.
- Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
- Strong Project Management capabilities.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications.
3. MANAGER - CAMP
Description:
Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervision the full operation of Worker’s Camp for the Group.
• Running the camp day-to-day matters, including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Responsible for all services, operations for the base camp including employment issues relating to all workers assigned to the camp.
• To take care and attend to workers' need consist of various nationalities.
• Resolve the problem in the camp and quick decision making with approval from management.
• Work together with other departments in all functions of administrative, finance, safety and HR services.
• In charge on all transport and logistic arrangement including scheduling, filing system and report.
• Responsible for monitoring and do frequent inspection at camp site and facilities.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the camp and supervising personnel consists of warden, security guards, drivers and cleaners.
• Supervision of vendors and subcontractors in the camp.
• Responsible for monitoring food preparation, safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of camp facilities.
• To continuously educate, train, demonstrate, guide and assess all camp personnel including workers assigned to camp on all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and housekeeping issues.
• To implement the company's policy and regulation relating to worker's camp.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate superior and the Management of Naim Group from time to time.
