Positions:

1. EXECUTIVE (PLANT INSTRUMENT INTEGRITY - UTILITIES & TERMINAL)

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and support services to Plant Instrument Integrity by reviewing and analyzing system parameters and scenarios.
• Participate and implement Company's HSE/Quality enhancement initiatives, conduct HSE/Quality audits and incident investigation, provide technical input in development of job safety analysis (JSA) and job method statements (JMS) in accordance with HSE regulations and policy.
• Develop and monitor implementation of maintenance strategies and programs for all relevant to ensure effective and efficient maintenance execution in maintaining equipment reliability and integrity.
• Provide technical support in complex troubleshooting situation by providing accurate technical input and recommend appropriate technical solutions to minimize equipment downtime, prevent recurrence, prevent HSE incident and improve equipment reliability and extending mean time between failure.  
• Participate in project management team (PMT) by providing technical review, opinion, plant specific input and system compatibility to deliver efficient project delivery.
• Embrace new technology, innovation and continuous improvement initiative with technical recommendation to improve equipment reliability and integrity.
• Assure compliance to statutory, industry best practices, PTS, International standard, by conducting periodical audit and identify gaps for closure to minimize risk of legal infringement, Zero HSE incident, sustain equipment reliability and integrity.          
• Develop and update technical documentation including Discipline procedure and Work instruction.

2. INTERNAL AUDITOR

Job Accountabilities:

• Preparation and planning for the audit in supporting the Auditor in Charge (AIC), Line Expert (LE) and Portfolio Holder (PH).  
• Identify and assess risks applicable to the business, develop testing on the effectiveness of control on the identified risk and to perform audit testing and data analysis to identify/ evaluate control gaps in accordance with agreed sampling strategies and test adequacy of the existing procedures.​
• Develop audit findings of assigned areas, assessing the impact, identification of root cause and potential sustainable/ long term recommendations.​
• Communicate the findings to the stakeholder via discussions, meetings and to provide conclusion of area/scope tested along with an opinion on the control.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports for Audit Finding Discussions and Exit Meetings and to ensure completeness of audit documentation in Audit Management System.

3. TECHNICIAN (MT-BAGGING)

Job Description

Bagging operation:

- Assist bagging operation from silo control, bagging machine, palletizer, stretch hood machine until Swisslog profile checker.

- General troubleshooting of silos, valves, bagging machines, palletizers, printers and stretch hooder

- Communicate with bagging operators for smooth process of changing consumables which includes FFS film, jumbo bag, stretch hood film, glue, ink, solvent & cleaning agent for printers

- Interface with bagging operators to suit all machines settings with various types of bagging requirement from offtakers

- Ensure quality and HSE compliance in bagging operation

4. TECHNICIAN (MT-INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING)

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance task and duties safely by understand and comply to HSE policy and procedures.
• Execute maintenance work of all Instrument system/equipment as per the established work processes to achieve high work quality.
• Respond to standby/call out for emergency/urgent repairs outside working hours as per standby/ call out duty roster following the establish call out procedure/guideline.
• Lead and supervise the major work executed by contractor to ensure smooth execution of work, timely and quality of work according to schedule, procedure and quality plan.
• Use established operating disciplines (i.e. maintenance procedure, plan, schedule, forms, check sheets) and provide input or feedback for improvement of existing operating disciplines and assist in the development of new maintenance work procedures as necessary.
• Provide complete input needed in Job Package for updating the SAP work order closure, status and technical finding data.
• Act as the Permit Receiving Authority Representative (RAR)/ Receiving Authority for work request issuance.
• To perform additional task as per PETRONAS Occupational Skill Standards (POSS)
