Positions:
1. PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining group payroll administration & process in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the payroll database.
- Maintenance and upkeep of employee records
- Perform timely and accurate payroll administration
- Prepare and compile various payroll records/reports, including payroll reconciliation, submission of various payroll records as per statutory requirements
- Ensure the preparation and submission of statutory payment are done accurately before the due date.
- Liaise with other HR teams on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/salary increase payout etc.)
- Reconciliation of account for Payroll related matters
- Point of Contact for all payroll related queries
- Respond and facilitate payroll related inquiries by employees in the Company perform other assigned duties and when required.
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ Finance / Accounting or any other field
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- Experience in SAP payroll system & knowledge on Employment & Statutory Acts [EPF, SOCSO, IRB & HRDF, etc)
