Jawatan:

1. EKSEKUTIF PERKHIDMATAN EKUTI DOMESTIK

2. EKSEKUTIF PERKHIDMATAN SUKUK DOMESTIK

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing data entries and settlement process for domestic Fixed Income Investments i.e. sales & purchases, early redemption, roll over, and capital call in line with rules and clearing guidelines. ? Responsible to provide actions on clearing related matters in settling any possible disputes and avoid penalties. ? Assisting Assistant Manager on decisions making regarding operational activities and irregular cases of outward clearing. ? Deal with banks representatives in the settlement of clearing disputes.

2. Responsible to record all income, expenses and mark-to-market figure into THACS system.

3. Preparing reports request (Sukuk Master Report, Sukuk Accrued Income Report, Holding & Accrued Income Opportunistic Fund Reports, Dana al Ansar Report, Domestic Private Equity Report and Unit Trust Report by the Management and other third parties, e.g.: Risk Department, Investment Department and Inter-department parties.

4. Responsible to prepare ?Surat Arahan Pindahan Bank?, Trade Confirmation Letter, Subscription Letter, rollover of investment letter and etc for investment portfolio under supervision.

5. Responsible to update investment transaction in investment management system (trade, maturity, coupon received, monthly accrual of coupon, accretion/amortisation and market price).

6. Responsible to prepare accounting entries (journal) of daily and month end transactions of fixed income investments to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.

7. Responsible to assist auditor (Internal/External) and stake holders for any record and trading transaction in Fixed Income portfolio.

8. Identify areas for improvement to continuously drive performance & investment services results

9. Perform other duties as assigned and requested that are in accordance with the responsibilities as a member of Investment Services Division.


3. PENGURUS PELAPORAN STATUTORI KEWANGAN

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and interpret financial statement periodically for internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standard and financial policies and procedures.

2. Review and analyse variances for the preparation of periodic report to internal and external stakeholders. Should any non-compliance issues surface, responsible to assess and resolve the issues.

3. Ensure accounting entries for new/complex transactions and new MFRSs in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and any other applicable reporting requirements.

4. Prepare the financial reporting for annual financial statements and annual report.

5. Develop, automate and maintain dashboard and digital financial reporting.

6. Prepare entity level reporting pack to the Group reporting team for group financial statement consolidation purposes.

7. Review valuation of investment properties, staff financings and retirement benefits on annual and quarterly basis and proposed the accounting as appropriate.

8. Implement process improvement, standardisation and simplification activity and leads continuous process improvements for overall reporting process and reports.

9. Ad hoc reporting and analysis, as well as special projects as needed, which includes.

11. Manages the functionality of related financial reporting systems and applications.

12. Coordinates implementation of new accounting/reporting standards and new product accounting requirements.

13. Performs research of financial reporting requirements for relevants applications.

14. Attend to, coordinate and respond to auditor request on annual audit of TH financial statements.

4. PENOLONG EKSEKUTIF PENGURUSAN JENAMA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong objektif unit dan bahagian dalam inisiatif / aktiviti pengurusan reputasi yang berkaitan dengan penjenamaan korporat di kalangan pihak berkepentingan, serta kumpulan berkepentingan awam. Unit Penjenamaan Korporat adalah fungsi kritikal dalam Bahagian Komunikasi Korporat untuk menyokong prosedur Pengurusan Kesinambungan Perniagaan TH.

2. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama ditugaskan untuk membantu dalam pemantauan dan pemberian nasihat berkaitan identiti jenama TH bagi perkara berkaitan penjenamaan korporat yang digunakan dalam semua kolateral komunikasi, penerbitan dan alat pemasaran demi mengukuhkan dan mengukuhkan kehadiran jenama TH.

3. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama akan menyokong pelaksanaan projek unit seperti pelaksanaan, mendapatkan sumber, dan mengurus vendor, serta perbandingan produk dan spesifikasi projek.

4. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama hendaklah membantu unit dalam menghasilkan dan menyebarkan inisiatif berkaitan komunikasi jenama melalui platform TH.

5. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama akan menyokong dalam menguruskan reka bentuk kolateral untuk aktiviti jenama korporat untuk pengguna dalaman atau luaran, ATL atau BTL.

6. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama hendaklah memiliki keupayaan asas editorial, kemahiran mengurus kandungan, copywriting asas dan pengetahuan sistem pengurusan kandungan platform digital, seperti Microsoft Office, untuk melaksanakan tugas ini dengan effisien.

7. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama akan menyokong unit dan bahagian yang lain berkaitan dengan pasukan AV/Multimedia untuk penggambaran produksi dan aktiviti acara bagi menyokong pencapaian objektif korporat.

8. Penolong Eksekutif, Pengurusan Jenama hendaklah mempertahankan dan mengekalkan reputasi jenama dan muhibah TH.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement activities for the assigned spend categories including implementation of planning, sourcing, supplier pre-qualification, RFx preparation and management, supplier selection & negotiations, award recommendations and LOA/contracts.

2. Accountable for successful sourcing activities under assigned spend categories, i.e. RFx events meeting intended objectives (delivery timeline, quality, SLA and best/fair value).

3. Responsible to source for qualified Suppliers and ensure competitive bidding, negotiating, analyzing data and market trends including attaining understanding of supply markets, competitors and product innovations for assigned spend categories.

4. Proctor the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Procurement RFx

5. Maintain relationship with key stakeholders including Procuring Entities and Suppliers for assigned categories and monitor performance.

6. Identify current and upcoming sourcing needs and provide recommendations on Procuring Entities procurement planning/ priorities by analysing category data and trends in assigned spend categories

7. Responsible for implementation of Procurement transformation initiatives to improve SLA performance and to enhance efficiency of the overall Procurement RFx processes.

8. Provide support throughout the contracting process for finalization of contract to ensure all necessary Procurement terms are included in the contract.

9. Ensure compliance of TH Procurement Policy, Handbook, Guidelines & SOP; TH Approving Authority Policy (PKTH); and other relevant TH Policies and Guidelines i.e. Finance, ISO & ABMS etc

10. Ensure identified Procurement risks, mitigation and action plans are implemented to ensure optimum risk control and oversight.

11. Ensure Procurement established SLA is adhered to achieve effective and efficient outcome.

12. Perform other duties as assigned and requested that are in accordance with the responsibilities as a member of Procurement Division.

Pengenalan

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) adalah sebuah Institusi Kewangan Islam unggul di Malaysia. Ditubuhkan pada tahun 1963,TH mempunyai lebih 50 tahun pengalaman dalam Deposit, Perkhidmatan & Operasi Haji dan Pelaburan.
