Jawatan:
1. ASST MGR CONSULTANT WORKPLACE HEALTH
Key Responsibilities
- Perform workplace inspection to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliances or process or any description of manual labor used in the place of work, is of such liable to cause harm to the environment and health for TM
- Collect, analyze and maintain statistics of all unsafe workplace location that might contribute to incident or diseases
- Conduct investigation of any occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work for Telekom Malaysia
- Conduct assessment to ensure all workplace are safe to employees such as Noise Assessment, Indoor Air Quality and etc
- Analyze current process and key health issues affecting TM’s employees and operations and recommend solution and improvement.
- To assist in developing Guidelines in regards of Occupational Health at workplace
- Maintain all related record for assessment at the workplaces
- Support the Operation team in conducting investigation of health-related cases
- Identify and review competency training as well as awareness related to occupational health and prepare proposal papers for related training programs.
- Assist in preparing Communication & Promotion performance report and maintaining the dashboard.
- Update and maintain the occupational health information in the OSHE Portal.

- Education in Bachelor Degree (Degree in Environmental Health/Occupational Health/Health Sciences/ Human Factor Engineering)

3. HEAD OF WEB DEVELOPMENT, TM R&D
Key Responsibilities
Technology roadmap development for all Web related products.
Capability and competency building of Web researchers to meet the demand of upcoming projects.
Development of web development best practices.
Research & development of web systems architecture with consideration for non-functional requirements (test automation, security, scalability, performance, etc).
Review and coach web researchers on system design and proper software framework and tools.
Review and coach web researchers on relevant engineering practices and documentation.
Assist product managers in project proposals that require web expertise
Assist and provide guidance to the web developers on web issues.
Strong business acumen, analytical, and people influencing skills.
We Value
- Minimum 10 years in Web technologies and Web product development.
- Minimum 10 years in Web platform development, full stack technologies, front end architecture, containers, microservices design and deployment.
- Minimum 10 years in Software technologies such as Angular, Progressive Web applications, JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Styling, Node.js, Microservices, REST API, Cloud.
- Minimum 10 years in Agile methodology and design thinking.
- Minimum 10 years in Setting up CI/CD (branching, unit test automation, system test automation, and deployment)
- Minimum 10 years in Web frameworks such as Flutter, React, and Vue is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years in Backend and data base such as Linux, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Nest.js
- Minimum 10 years in Full stack development, micro frontends, AI, VR development

4. MANAGER MECHANICAL
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive innovation to keep pace with global technological development.
- To formulate, strategize & provide Total Engineering Solutions for the respective Mechanical scope (airconditioning.lift,f/fighting system,pump system etc) and advise the regional teams for any of the related scope (operation and troubleshooting)
- To formulate, strategize & provide Total Engineering Solutions for the respective C&S, power & mechanical projects from design stage up to final commissioning/completion.
- To formulate, strategize, lead & coordinate the implementation of Energy Saving initiatives
- To formulate, strategize, lead & coordinate the development of Business Plans for FM, PM & IT&NT based on TM’s business needs.
- To lead, coordinate & manage the implementation of Equipment Replacement Program nationwide as per approved Business Plan meeting TM’s expectations in terms of time, quality & cost.
- To lead & coordinate the development & compilation of Specs, BOQ, Estimates, etc. for tendering purposes, lead & coordinate Tender Evaluation & assist Group Procurement in seeking approval from the Approving Committee for Award of Tender.
- To formulate, strategize, lead & coordinate the establishment of Maintenance & SOR Contracts, evaluate the contractual adherence by vendors and take necessary actions on non-performing vendors.
- To establish TM’s requirements in ensuring full compliance with Local Authorities & Statutory regulations, guidelines & instructions, e.g. DOSH, BOMBA, ST, DCA, etc.
- To formulate, strategize, lead, coordinate & review the implementation of Policies & Procedures, Guidelines, Instructions, Manuals and SOP (QMS, EMS, OSH Manual, HIRARC, Fire Guidelines, etc).
- To evaluate, review & update the overall operational performance nationwide to FM Mgmt, Customers, SB, GIA, etc regularly.
- To develop & review the Training & Development Plan for staff.
