• Financial: To provide comprehensive digital protection to TNB against a diverse range of cyber threats
• People: To develop greater cyber security skills and build a best-in-class cyber security program

 

Accountability & Responsibility

• Lead in defining Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy as well as ensuring the regulatory compliance 
• Review and develop security controls to current access controls policies and procedures
• Develop framework to consolidate identities, access policies, management, implementation and execution of IAM tools and procedures, while overseeing enforcement of IAM across TNB
• Ensure role-based access control (especially access to critical systems), single sign-on, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with the existing applications and systems according to updated security compliance standards
• Collaborate to perform risk analysis of access controls under the IAM organisation’ responsibility
• Ensure projects and related activities on Active Directory, SAP or Superuser Privilege Management access, IAM tools and databases are well implemented 
• Keep abreast with emerging IAM trends and issues; and understand business related cyber security risks and support requirements to assist as necessary in IAM planning
• Measure and report security metrics and performance

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field

Certification and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT and telecommunication job with experience in managing identity and access, provisioning, entitlements, certification, enterprise directory, role-based access control, multi factor authentication, single sign-on, dormant ID, ID lifecycle management, handling cloud identity platform and services, certificate management, public key infrastructure services, security policies, standards, and controls.
• CISSP, CIAM and CIMP certifications will be an added advantage.

2. CYBER OPERATIONS MANAGER

To ensure TNB’s assets are protected against an ever-evolving cyber risks and threats with efficient and optimum cyber security controls

To inspire trust in TNB customers by having effective cyber protection against all kinds of cyber threats

Accountability & Responsibility

• Manage and maintain cyber security technology platforms such as perimeter defense, endpoint security and cloud security
• Manage and maintain system rules, system policies, configurations and access in cyber security devices according to baseline
• Manage, coordinate and resolve cyber security operation incidents
• Escalate or collaborate with service providers on cyber security operation issues and corrective actions
• Provide cyber security technical support to users
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Normal & Emergency Changes
• Act as the Major Incident Commander and ensure timely resolution of major incidents
• Establish new or improve existing processes and procedures
• Cooperate with relevant parties and stakeholders to reduce cyber risk & threats
• Review and analyse performance reports, and determine opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that information of the Service Assets & Configuration Items (CIs), are kept up-to-date
• Provide input on development of new Knowledge Articles
