Mission (Sources of Values)

• To carryout strategic and operational marketing plan for asset under management with robust lease plan to safeguard landlord's interest.
• To provide effective, efficient and reliable asset management and property management services with the focus on long term returns with excellent customer experience. 

Accountability & Responsibility

• Accountable to formulate short and long term marketing plan for TNB real estate assets within the portfolio.
• Manage and coordinate external property manager including hard and soft service functions as required by the site.
• Track and monitor portfolio management performance in ensuring that it meets or exceeds the standards/ targets with respect to the quality.
• Monitor closely on governance and compliance in carrying out any procurement and sourcing activities.
• Engage with real estate agents and potential direct customers to secure leases.
• Responsible to track and monitor overall performance of tenancy management within the timeline.
• Responsible to maintain, update and analyse real estate data in digitalisation platform (i.e. tenancy management system).
• Responsible to track and monitor outstanding payment and aging debts performance report to ensure collection is up to date.
• Manage on data analytics related to real estate data (i.e. property investment) in order to improve data management processes, and make recommendations for data quality initiatives.
• Develop and evaluate customer satisfaction data, analyse it for trends, and identify resolutions to customer satisfaction issues.
• Carryout negotiation to maintain and improve leases through tenant retention plan.
• Represent landlord in regular JMB committee meeting.
• Perform REIT planning and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/ Property Valuation & Management/ Engineering/ Building Services/ Facilities Management/ Business Studies/ Finance or related field.

Certification and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in real estate asset management with knowledge on tenancy management, digital marketing and real estate negotiation are preferred.
• Certified/ Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• Professional membership with the Royal Institution Surveyor’s Malaysia (RISM) which carries title Surveyor (Sr) will be an added advantage.
