Positions:

1. RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

• In line with our mission to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, you will engage closely with our customers. This includes but not limited to providing excellent customer greetings and service, addressing enquiries, checking on stock availability and take on stock replenishment duties.
• Collaborate closely with store team to expand knowledge of products and services with the objective to maximize store sales.
• Uphold brand and store operational excellence including store layout (visual merchandising) and cleanliness.
• Conduct cashiering duties when required by following cashier standards

Job Requirement:

• 18 years old and above
• Minimum qualification: SPM
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays 
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people 
• Customer Oriented, team player, and possess initiative
