Positions:
1. OIM
Job Description:
1. Overall management of the Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) activities with lead roles in all QHSE matters, ensure maintenance of equipment, efficient day-to-day drilling operations, and maintaining good operational relationship with Clients representatives.
2. Responsible for the safety of personnel, rig working practices and general safety culture on the HWU.
3. Mentor personnel on building a strong safety culture on the HWU.
4. Create specific QHSE Plans with participation of the HWU personnel and the Rig Manager.
5. Request the resources from management for implementing QHSE initiatives.
6. Be a main player in incident analysis and implementation of corrective actions to improve HSE performance.
7. Maintaining the validity of the vessel’s class, flag state rules, regulatory and statutory certification, ISPS, ISM, Safety and Manning. Responsible for ensuring Emergency Response
8. Plans are up to date.
9. Ensuring regular emergency drills are conducted and the results are satisfactory.
10. In overall command of the installation is emergency situations.
11. To co-ordinate activity with other members of the Company in a mutually helpful way.
12. Strictly adhere to the principle of trust, integrity and confidentiality.
13. Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time.
2. SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
1. Updates the Workover Superintendent and Company Man on Daily Operations.
2. To prepare schedule of crew change with Workover Superintendent and Operations Manager.
3. To liaise with Human Resources Personnel on crew welfare.
4. Prepare Daily Operation Report.
5. Must uphold Quality Management System (QMS) in the company.
6. Zero NPT of Workover operations.
7. HSE rules and regulations are adhered to by all crews.
8. Complied with Workover standard operation procedures.
9. Daily Operations reports are documented and are in order.
10. Participate fully in all safety initiative and safety program.
11. Participates in all safety meetings, including weekly, pre-tour and pre-job/toolbox/JSA meetings.
12. Initiate and participate in the identification of hazards and assessment of risk.
13. Monitors personnel and equipment under their control for compliance with statutory requirement of Velesto Drilling/Workover policies and procedures.
14. Ensuring all personnel, under their supervision give a clear and accurate report of work status, responsibilities and duties to their relief.
15. Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time.
