1. PROPOSAL EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
- To assist all aspects of proposal management, including the creation of timelines and schedules for proposals
- To assist Analysing and prepare summary of tender ITB on project requirements
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
- To assist the coordination of development of proposals with various departments within an organization
- To assist and monitor departments response times and ensuring the input provided comply with the ITB / proposal requirements
- To assist in ensuring the proposals and presentations are brand compliant. Document template management in line with company branding.
- To assist in managing company business exhibitions and promoting company services to oil and gas companies
- To assist and maintain company licenses with PETRONAS and Ministry of Finance
Academic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Business Management or any field.
- At least 2-year(s) experience in the required position
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Organisational skills, attention to details, prioritization of projects, proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop)
