To deliver benefits administrative and employee services transactions efficiently and effectively according to established policies, procedures and guidelines to help the business/ function achieve TNB’s aspiration.


Accountability & Responsibility:

Customer
  • Deliver Service Level Agreement (SLA) and provide employee benefit service
  • Improve and maintain customer satisfaction index of >8.0
  • Execute counselling program as planned in timely manner 
 
Financial
  • Manage, monitor and ensure cost optimisation in delivery of services
 
Process
  • Provide Counselling Services : Counselling /coaching and helping employees, retirees, and dependents. Providing pre-retirement counselling/ outplacement services/ exit interviews. Providing counselling service for staff on personal issues that may affect performance. 
  • Provide Counselling Skill Training : Training Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS) & monitoring PRS programs and performance to ensure they play roles as para- counsellor effectively at station/ state level at all times. 
  • Employee Grievance Handling : Coordinating with external experts to help with special issues (e.g. physiological pressure and financial stress). Receiving employee complaints related to diverse topics including work environment, harassment, dissatisfaction with supervisor, etc. and providing solution or collaborating with other authorities to work out solutions.
  • Provide Other Benefit Related Services : Administrative support for other employee benefits.

Education and Registration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or Master's degree in Counselling.
  • Must be a Registered Counsellor (RC) with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia.

Experience and Other Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in counselling or related field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Age 35 years old and below.
  • Possess driving license and willing to travel outstation frequently and independently.
