Positions:

1. HR ASSISTANT (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, fun individuals to be part of our Shared Services team. The team works in a digitalized, multicultural, diverse and inclusive environment, striving to create excellent experience to all clients with continuous collaborations and improvements. Short term contract employment basis on a third party contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer HR Shared Services transactions for various types of appointments, separations, reassignments, education grants, compensation, entitlements and benefits, etc.

• Handle daily transactions and queries via email and/or phone calls.

• Provide HR support and advice to clients all around the globe based on the Organization’s policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Functional knowledge & skills:

• Sound Communication skills and fluency in English – good written and oral communications.

• Effective problem-solving capabilities – able to find feasible solutions to complex problems with tight deadlines, especially in an environment with incomplete information/documentation.

• Resilience – maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges and obstacles.

• Apply a logical, rational and analytical approach to tackling issues and sorting out information.

• Experience in HR Shared services activities and processing (added advantage).

• Knowledge in ERP/ Oracle system (added advantage).

Your experience includes:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR or

• 4 years with first level university degree or

• 3 years with relevant Advanced University degree.

• 6 months contract duration with possibility of renewal.

2. FINANCE ASSISTANT, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

Required Qualifications

Education

Essential: Completion of secondary school education or its equivalent, complemented by training in accounting or book-keeping.

Desirable: Degree in Accountancy/Finance or any other professional certificate (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.).

Experience

Essential: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, payroll and/or financial management, preferably in an international setting or;

4 years with a first level university degree or;

3 years with an advanced university degree.

Working experience and knowledge of IPSAS and/or IFRS.

Experience in the usage of computers and MS Office packages (MS Word, Excel etc.).

Desirable: Experience in using an ERP system such as Workday.

Recent experience in a Finance and HR Shared Services Centre is an advantage.

Significant experience and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages is an advantage.

Skills

Integrity, tact and discretion in dealing with others.

Good all round communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

A good team player.

Ability to work under pressure.
