Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT UNIT, CORPORATE PLANNING DIVISION
The Purpose of this function is to assist the Division to compile all relevant business and strategic data, perform the data analysis and turn the data into business report. The function involves tracking and analysing business performance against set targets which is an essential component for BERNAS to instill execution discipline and make the necessary corrective action and strategic decision.
Accountabilities:
1.Data Extraction / Mining
Extract data from system such as MS Dynamics and other systems.
2.Data Collection
Collect operational, financial and industrial data from various functions and stakeholders.
3.Database Management
Compile, maintain and convert data into Division's database for monitoring and strategic purposes.
4.Creating Information Dashboard
Create and update Power BI as a centralised data information system for effective and efficient data tracking.
5.Business Monitoring
Business tracking, analysis and reporting of BERNAS Top Initiatives. Engagement with other Divisions/Departments/ Business Units to improve the Initiatives Performance
6.Data Reporting
Update Industrial and Operational Overview Dashboard
7.Strategic Business Caucus
Assist in organising Startegic Business Caucus such as BERNAS Annual Business Kick-Off and Mid-Year/Year-End Performance Review
8.Ad Hoc Task
Assist Head of Department in any administration works and task beyond normal job.
Job Requirements:
1.Qualification
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Information Technology
2.Years of Working Experience
Minimum 1 year of working using Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
3.Specific Knowledge
Ability to create and maintain Power BI
4.Skills
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Power Point
Microsoft Word
5.Personal Attributes
Willing to learn on the job and explore new excel functions to improve day to day operations.
Meticulous and committed.
Able to work in the intensity environment to meet deadline.

These obligations include maintenance of the nation's rice stockpile, acting as the buyer of last resort for paddy farmers, managing the Bumiputera Rice Millers Scheme and the distribution of Paddy Price Subsidies to farmers on behalf of the Government.
