Positions:
1. DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST

Job Description:
- Migrate all affected engineering data within time and budget without compromise on data integrity.
- Creation of required output formats/routines based on new MRO software system template or requirement.
- Testing and verifying migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve data migration issues.
- Coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to Go-Live.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems, or related fields.
- More than (2) two years of experience in aviation industry.
- Proven experience in data management, with experience working with aviation maintenance information systems being a plus.
- Previous experience related to data management including but not limited to data entry, data migration and data workflow process.
2. DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST

3. EXECUTIVE, PROCUREMENT
Job Description:
1) Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with purchasing policies.
2) Partner with internal cusomers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
3) Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met.
4) Add value through proper negotiation, proper standardizing or innovative way of sourcing.
5) Respond to internal customer and suppliers' inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations.
6) Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
7) Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
4. VAN DRIVER
Job Description:
- To drive operating crew to/from Crew Dispatch Centre (CDC) to/from aircraft at Cargo Apron parking bay.
- To pickup/load and refresh dry store for crew use from ERO office to aircraft.
- To keep the assigned car van and neat condition at all times.
- Maintain vehicle in good running condition and ensure service schedule is maintained.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Flight Operations Manager.
