Positions:

1. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER

Qualifications:
  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Accountancy/ Statistics / Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline
  • Min. 10 years of working experience in compensation and benefits administration and payroll management.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in a corporate environment and similar industry or equivalent in a management capacity
  • Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation in particular the Employment Act 1955, Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and the Industrial Relations Act 1967.
  • Familiar with insurance and SOCSO claims.
  • Familiar with income tax requirements, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of payroll software, SAP
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all HR-related matters, particularly when dealing with sensitive personnel matters
  • Ability to communicate clearly to all levels


2. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
  • A good bachelor’s degree in any field with a good understanding of Employment Act
  • Experienced in managing insurance and SOCSO claims
  • Experienced in managing the Third Party Administrator such as MiCare or PMCare
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and passionate about work
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work under immense pressure


3. HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist in a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Talent Development.
  • Must be a strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and ambiguities and deliver high-quality results
  • Able to deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all HR-related matters, particularly when dealing with sensitive personnel matters Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to develop rapport with stakeholders at all levels
