Position:

1. HEAD FINANCE

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tactical technical leadership in planning, organizing and providing effective financial and accounting services to the Company in financial management, accounting, taxation, budgeting, statutory financial reporting, taxation and management reporting to ensure timely reporting and in accordance with the financial procedures and internal controls in meeting stakeholders’ expectation.
2. Lead and monitor investment funds to maximize investment income to generate substantial income for the company as per the annual business plan.
3. Control and manage OPEX & CAPEX prudently within the approved budget and ensure the optimization of resources to achieve the optimum yield.
4. Implement effective credit control and debt management in accordance with established policies and guidelines to achieve KPIs for credit management.

Basic Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum Bachelor (Hons) in Accounting, with a minimum of 15 years of working experience in related field
2. MIA member
3. Knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Taxation / Zakat, Assurance
4. Possess Leadership qualities, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
5. Possess Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability with the ability to provide new and innovative approaches
6. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
