Positions:
1. HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Primary Role:
1) Lead and drive strategies to finalize tenancy agreement with tenants by update new tenancy, monitoring & manage expiry & extension of tenancy timely and effectively.
2) Reviewing market trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue from existing properties.
3) Seek out opportunities for expansion by developing new business relationships and implement growth strategies.
4) To lead all property Management & services business planning and contribute to corporate planning at a strategic level.
5) To ensure that Property Management & Services budgets are managed and controlled in strict accordance with Company financial policies and procedures.
6) Develop positive relationships with tenants, acting as the main point of contact for property and facilities management matters.
7) Monitor tenants’ credit management take proactive action on outstanding issues.
8) Manage annual budget and schedule of expenses, initiate corrective measures, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data
9) Perform market research and complex analysis of potential opportunities.
10) Perform data analysis on business performance to improve overall quality and productivity.
11) Represent Company in relevant committees with external stakeholders.
12) Leads proposal efforts including completing assigned project scoping and LOE assessments
13) Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirement:
a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
b. Minimum with 8 years relevant working experience in well know organisation.
c. Have good commercial exposure, business acumen and strategic planning
d. Experience in property management, tenancy environment will be advantage.
e. Has strong contacts and good networking in related industry.
f. Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
g. Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
