Job Requirement
- Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (or related field).
- At least 3 years experience in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Melayu).
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Recruiting Tools ie. jobstreet, indeed, and Microsft Office ie. words, powerpoint, excel, etc.
- Approachable and able to communicate with all levels of people.
2. MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE PARTS
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field. Managerial level is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin and able to converse in various local dialects would be and added advantage.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is an advantage.
- Good supervision, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
- Customer focus, team working and analytical.
- Ability in providing solutions and justifiable decision making.
- Results – oriented and aggressive
3. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Words.
- Solid background in forwarding, transportation, logistics, custom procedure, warehouse administrative and operational tasks.
- Strong problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Possess good analytical mind with good report writing and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
