Positions:
1. ADMISSION ASSISTANT
Administrative the admission office activities and operations. Ensure adherence of all policies and procedures with regards to Admission Office operations.
2. WEBMASTER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
Manage the content of IJN websites and other digital marketing-related roles. Update content, monitor, analyse report on online traffic & review SEO.
3. MEDICAL ASSISTANT, OBSERVATION & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
Responsible to provide the best treatment and patient care to patients or customers. To perform triage for patient and document into Triage assessment form according the Triage Guidelines.
4. RETAIL PHARMACY ASSISTANT, IJN INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.
Assist pharmacist in dispensing, achieve sales target, inventory management and operation of the retail pharmacy. Good customer service – provide excellence and professional service to customers.
5. MEDICAL OFFICER, PAEDIATRIC & CONGENITAL HEART CENTRE (PCHC)
Provides treatment and undertake responsibilities in managing paediatric patients in the wards and intensive care units – clerking of patients, morning ward rounds, preparing discharge summaries, performing ward procedures such as blood taking, setting IV lines etc. and administer appropriate treatment for patients.
6. MANAGER (CONTRACT), HOSPITAL SUPPORT DIVISION
Support Services day to day operation focusing on service efficiency and optimization, quality and process improvement, risk assessment and development of resources.
7. HOSPITAL AIDE, OBSERVATION & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
Tracing and dispatches the patients’ medical records (PMR) from Medical Record Department to Emergency Department and other department as instructed.
