Jawatan Kosong 2023 di Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) | Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dan berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan ditawarkan untuk memohon jawatan kosong terkini di Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP)

Position:

1. EXECUTIVE - FINANCIAL REPORTING

Job Description:

• Improve Financial Reporting to stakeholders – Accurate, timely and useful information which will facilitate decision making.
• Develop Financial Dashboard for the Management, Board of Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
• To assist in performing financial analysis.
• To assist in improving financial reporting timeline by ensuring all initiatives which need to be undertaken are carried out properly.
• To assist in coordinating with system users for Accounting System Upgrade.
• Responsible in reviewing and approving Journal Vouchers.
• Prepare detailed reports, statistics, and analysis on Financial Result on a monthly basis.
• Engage in preparation of Management Accounts on a monthly basis.
• Produce papers and slides for the Board of Audit Committee and the EPF Board on a quarterly basis.
• Produce the EPF’s Statutory Financial Statements to be included in the Annual Report.
• Review the financial data in Financial Statements to be included in the Annual Report following the year end closing of accounts.
• Provide answers to inquiries raised by the National Audit Department (Jabatan Audit Negara, JAN), external auditors and the Internal Audit Department.
• Deliver briefings, workshops and other programmes organised by the Finance Departmentfor EPF departments, branches, and external delegates regarding the tasks of the FinancialReporting Unit.
• Fulfil ad-hoc tasks from the supervisor and the management from time to time.
• Coordinate financial closing process improvement and enhance process automationthrough robotic process automation or any relevant tool.
• Participate in the implementation of new and enhancement of accounting standards.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Not below 21 years old on the closing date of application
• Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related qualification which is recognised by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution
• Certified member of any Professional Accounting organisation recognised by the Government is an added advantage
• Required to be expert in Excel with Pivot, Macros knowledge and should have experience in creating dashboards in carrying out day to day accounting job
• Experience in SAP & Power BI

2. DEPUTY MANAGER | DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AUDIT

Job Description:

Work assigned is not limited to the job scope listed below :

• Reporting to the Head of Unit / Section.
• Responsible to develop audit programs and perform IT security control audits / process reviews.
• Assess the adequacy of the system-related security configuration controls.
• Identify risk solutions to prevent loss of data, enhanced the data protection mechanisms and controls throughout the organization.
• Validate and independently test from an organizational aspect the application security, operating system security, database security, network security, cloud security, mobile application, third party service provider and exposure to cyber security threats.
• Advise and participate in project management activities and controls taking account the agile development methodology approach and staying abreast of latest/relevant cyber security threats and technology development.
• Review disaster recovery plan activities and conduct regulatory audits.
• Report summary of audit findings to Management / Head of Section / Head of Department, drawing attention to areas of particular concern, weakness or improvement points and making recommendations for further actions to address any issues.
• Continuous effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital technology audit process and reporting.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Not below 21 years old on the closing date of application
• Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
• Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions or a equivalent Professional Qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Information Security / Network Security / Cyber Security or fields related thereto. Those with professional qualifications or certifications (CISA / CISSP / CISM / MCSE / CCENT / CCNA / LA ISO27001:2005) will have added advantage.
• At least 5 years working experience in IT security / IT audit / IT operation and IT risk management.
• Good knowledge in cyber security, network security, database security, AS400, Windows security, UNIX security and IT governance framework. Knowledge in computer-assisted audit techniques (i.e. ACL) will be an added advantage.
• High integrity with strong analytical, result oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills in both Malay and English language.
