About the Job:
This is a tactical role that requires a highly experienced senior solutions architect with a strong background in implementing cloud solutions in the telco, banking, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and supply chain management industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security, as well as a proven track record of managing and leading cloud engineering teams performing onboarding and migration. This is a hands-on, technical senior position that requires excellent communication and good problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions using Azure and other cloud platforms
- Work with a team of cloud engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions using Azure and other cloud platforms in Telco, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain Management industries.
- Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure design, automation and management
- Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure design, automation and management for Telco, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain Management industries.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based architectures
- Collaborate with application development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based architectures that meet industry-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and testing pipelines for cloud-based applications
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and testing pipelines for cloud-based applications that meet industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific security and regulatory requirements for cloud-based solutions.
- Guidance and support to other teams
- Provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on industry-specific cloud-related issues.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing for these industries.
- Supports pre-sales activities
- Supports pre-sales activities by drafting solutions and present the architecture to the clients
We Value:
- Minimum 8 years in Experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Azure in Telco, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain Management industries.
Technical Competency Requirements:
- Advanced level in Understand in managing project starting from project commencement till project completion. Able to perform project execution.
You Must Have:
- Education in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s Degree in relevant discipline is an added advantage. (Software Engineering)
