Jawatan:

1. SCRUM MASTER

Accountability & Responsibility:
  • Oversee executions and delivery of digital initiatives implementation in line with strategic objectives of TNB Retail
  • Ensure timely development and delivery of current and future digital offerings across multiple digital platforms
  • Support, push and monitor delivery of Digital Transformation programmes anchoring on customer experience, growth, operational efficiency and competitive workforce in TNB Retail
  • Facilitate and manage collaborative, dynamic and agile multiple network-of-teams in execution and delivery of digital initiatives through agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Managing development of current and future digital offerings and solutions across multiple digital platforms which includes prioritizing scrum milestones and activities, clarifying user stories, building relationships, coordinating customer immersion and user experience testing sessions.
  • Analyse and evaluate desirability, viability and feasibility customer experience across multiple digital platforms for customer acquisition and retention
  • Owner and implementer of agile methodologies for digital delivery framework
  • Renewal of agile methodologies for digital delivery framework
  • Identify and resolve process impediments
  • Track and report project progress

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience 
  • Possess strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
  • Customer experience and digital transformation delivery
  • Corporate/Divisional digital transformation program
  • Developing external networks and partnerships
  • Competent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Azure DevOps/Trello, Miro and/or Figma

2. LEAD (DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT)

Accountability & Responsibility:
  • Set up, implement and manage the overall TNB Retail digital marketing strategy (paid, owned & search) for customer experience effectiveness 
  • Collaborate with business owners to offer digital marketing and content support for TNB Retail’s digital platform
  • Develop engaging communication and marketing content that are suitable for digital platforms & audiences, and aligned with TNB Retail’s branding specification
  • Manage TNB Retail’s digital platforms for consistency and timely delivery of content
  • Identify digital marketing trends and insights and optimize those for optimum campaign performance
  • Provide digital marketing reports for continuous improvements and customer insights

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Highly competent in Google Analytics and social media marketing tools


3. LEAD (DIGITAL EXPERIENCE)

Accountability & Responsibility:
  • Collaborate in a dynamic and agile network-of-teams to realize business value through digital technology and connected data
  • Coordinate and support teams to execute Digital Transformation programs anchoring on customer experience, growth, operational efficiency and competitive workforce in TNB Retail
  • Support the development and maintenance of current and future digital offerings and solutions anchoring on customer values and needs for customer acquisition and retention
  • Conduct customer immersions and evaluate customer feedbacks on digital offerings and solutions to deliver continuous improvements/enhancements
  • Analyze and evaluate desirability, viability and feasibility customer experience across multiple digital platforms
  • Conduct impact assessment activities to strategize digital delivery.
  • Stay up to date on latest trends in digital design and development.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in evaluating customer experience in digital space.
  • Competent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Azure DevOps/Trello, Miro and/or Figma.
  • Design thinking and agile digital project management and delivery.
  • Customer experience and digital transformation delivery.
  • Corporate/divisional digital transformation program.
  • Develop external networks and partnerships.
