Positions:

1. DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to plan, setup, optimize and prepare reports for various digital campaigns via Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Business Manager, etc.
2. Coordinate and work closely with the respective internal (Designer, Product Team, PR, etc.) and external parties (agencies) in executing campaigns in a timeline manner
3. Planning monthly social content for ASUS social media platforms and community management (ASUS FB/IG, ASUS Community Groups) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for campaign/product launches and responding to any queries through the comment post or messenger.
4. Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategy with close monitoring and provide reports based on Google Analytics data.
5. Regularly update ASUS web content, eDM and push messages by working closely with the marketing team.
6. Proactive in providing innovative/in-trend ideas
7. Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communications / Business / Advertising or a recognized college education in a related discipline
2. At least three (3) years of working experience in the digital marketing field.
3. Must possess a strong interest in IT, gadgets, hardware, components, and/or desktop solutions.
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Being able to communicate in Mandarin & English would be an added advantage.
5. Display a positive and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willingness to learn for self-improvement, and possess keen attention to details.

2. IT CHANNEL SALES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

1. Handle retail channel partner management in all segments (IT Channel, notebook and desktop).
2. To manage rapport between channel partners and distributor.
3. Retail expansion & market expansion.
4. Identify key partner management.
5. Handling IT channel within an assigned region to ensure ASUS IT market and retail expansion.
6. Ensure retailer is well communicated on all program that is run by ASUS and providing retail support to each tier of retailer.
7. Analysis of market competitor price movement and propose to management on price positioning.
8. Channel Execution and retail channels development.
9. Monitoring partners sell in and sell thru.
10. Achieve/ exceed sales target.
11. Keep track on the performance and progress
12. Expansion business
13. Recruiting Partners – Kiosk / Store
14. Programs / roadshow
15. Sales & Products Training
16. Ensure products visibility at all times
17. Dress up retailer
18. Merchandisers schedule arrangement
19. Resolve complaints face by partners

Requirements:

1. Minimum STPM/Diploma with at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
2. Must possess strong interest and passion in IT products and/or gadgets.
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
5. Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to detail.
6. Must be willing to travel. Working location is in Johor, Malaysia.
