3. PROTECTION OFFICER (CONTRACT)
Requirements:-
- Security Certificates in Security or equivalent is required. Additional security training or education is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years security experience required / Working in Food Industries will be added advantage.
- Proven working experience with law enforcement/military/private security agency.
- Experience leading a team of law enforcement/military/Security personnel.
- Ability to develop/maintain networking with relevant external stakeholders, e.g., law enforcement agencies.
- Working knowledge of local laws e.g., Protected Areas Protected Places Act, Use of Force and Certified Security License.
- Must be familiar with Security Procedure & Systems e.g., Access Control Systems and programming.
- Must be familiar with security badging procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Must be familiar with CCTV monitors and other video surveillance activities.
- Must have a calm, pleasant demeanor, and the ability work well with others.
- Able to work under stressful conditions by responding to unusual and unpredictable situations.
- Must be familiar with the use of security officer equipment, i.e., radios, electronic devices used for tracking and reporting, etc.
- Must possess a high degree of integrity with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding HSY Malaysia security matters.
