Jawatan:
1. SALES SUPPORT (JUNIOR EXECUTIVE)
1. Responsible for providing support to the Business Development Executive and customers during the sales process.
2. Help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support by answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their application status.
3. Compile a daily list of sales leads and provides sales data to Retail Banking and other related Departments/ Units.
4. Create and process financing applications in a timely manner, reviewing pending applications and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information.
6. Maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
7. Handling administrative duties for offline counters, talks/ briefing etc as and when required
8. Stay updated with the latest sales trends and practices.
2. JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE (CONTRACT)
1. To be the first line of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints and to strive for high % of accurate and expeditious first call resolution.
2. To gather from customers complete information necessary to fulfil their requirements and immediately enter/update the information accurately into the appropriate system.
3. To continuously provide excellent service and maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all dealings with customers despite having to face difficult customers and high call volumes which are highly stressful.
4. To adapt to the changing and demanding needs of the business through the willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and by being multi-skilled in various products, services, preparations of SOPs, systems (knowledge and skills) enhancements.
5. To achieve or exceed set KPI targets and/or other business objectives.
6. To take ownership, personal responsibility and initiative in keeping abreast with and be updated on company’s existing products / services, new products /services, promotions, launch to effectively and efficiently provide service to customers.
7. Portray as a Koperasi Tentera (KT) ambassador by involving in marketing activities /or any visits to KT branches
