1. FINANCE ASSISTANT (4-5 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring accurate payment processing and recording, which includes preparing relevant schedules and reports (e.g., accruals listing and prepayment listing).
- Responsible for managing fixed assets, ensuring accurate and timely recording of fixed asset additions, depreciation, transfers, retirements, disposals, and timely reconciliation of fixed assets records.
- Assist in managing corporate taxation matters.
- Responsible for providing support during the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and relevant reports for consumption by the Executive Committee ("EXCO") and the Board of Directors.
- Support annual budget and forecast preparation as necessary.
- Assist and provide support in the development, implementation, and management of finance-related projects and initiatives.
- Responsible for performing other similar or related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- A recognized degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates with experience doing internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
- Preferably someone available to start immediately and willing to work for 4-5 months contract.
