1. SERVICE COORDINATOR (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Job Description:
The main responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to manage and monitor the call centre accordingly to Scania’s global standard, the administrative support for Fleet Management System & Driver Services.
Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks):
Manage and monitor call centre
• Independently and simultaneously coordinate vehicle related cases reported to Scania Assistance
• Administer Scania Assistance cases from first customer call to closing of a case according to procedures, guidelines and manuals and to a positive and accepted solution for the Customer
• Analyse and direct new customer requests to the most appropriate Scania Workshop for intervention.
• Act on behalf of the customer home dealer in providing a guarantee of payment (GOP) to the repairing Workshop
• Assist the repairing workshop to fulfil his assignment within the limit of the provided GOP
• Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of a case
• Continuously update the emergency case handling system (SES) including keeping the log updated according to manuals and guidelines
• Report to the Manager in case of quality problems in the breakdown service as per the service failure routine and with the view to help the service network to improve on respective markets
• Take responsibility for understanding the entire Scania Assistance process from customer calls to Workshop invoice paid
• Actively participate in Scania Assistance improvement Work in accordance with SRS methods
• Responsible for the following data processing and new offering that will be introduced to the market but not limited to the following –
• FMS Activation – FMAT
• PDI Signal – Test
• FMS Monitoring – Report (filing)
• FMS – Monitoring – Report Deviation
• Drivers Services – Data Processing (Connected Services Planning Tool)
