Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s staff are committed and charismatic individuals. We proudly hold to be the best regulator for the industry. To be eligible candidates for the Executive Secretary to the Chairman, one must meet the following requirements:
- Experienced in providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests;
- Experienced in receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and tracking tasks;
- Experienced in organizing international schedules & logistics, attending meetings, managing correspondence and arranging flight tickets & accommodation;
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and guests at all times;
- Any other duties directed by the Chairman and the Management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent from university / college /institution accredited by the Government;
- Minimum four (4) years’ working experience in secretarial functions;
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
- Proficient in office software, and a strong understanding of business administration.
- Possess a positive outlook, strong teamwork skills, disciplined and results-oriented;
- Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English;
- Able to multitask and handle pressure at work; and
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
