Positions:

1. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

This position is for UKM Real Estate Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The job description as follows :

1. Manage guest reservation and provide direction to guest.
2. Manage guest account (such as monthly rent, prepare invoice, issue receipts) at the hostel and service apartment.
3. Greet guest and provide general information.
4. Respond to guest feedback in a timely manner.
5. Notify relevant department on maintenance, fire and security requirement.
6. Monitor housekeeping duties, liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure the building cleanliness and encourage guest to take responsibility to maintain cleanliness.
7. Answer incoming call promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Undertake other duties as and when required.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

The job responsibility as follows :

1. Conduct feasibility study of business venture plan and recommend the findings to the superior.
2. Establish and maintain close contact or good rapport with relevant government or statutory bodies, trade associations and principals or customers in order to prospect for new or more business opportunities.
3. Assist the superior in the coordination of any business mergers or acquisition, joint ventures and other investment activities related to new business.
4. Conduct research on market needs and business trends as well as to provide findings to the superior.
5. Handle administrative matters of the department and responsible to prepare schedule report for the superior.
6. Any other tasks as assign by the superior.
