Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE, LEGAL
Job Descriptions:
- Able to do assignments related to operational contracts, legal research, drafting of correspondences and legal documents specifically related corporate matters and generally related to all business unit of KPRJ’s Group.
- Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws, rules and regulations pertaining to and/or affecting the KPRJ's business and be conversant with all statutory updates.
- Provide legal advise, opinion and support on company’s activities and legal matters to ensure maximum level of compliance.
- Attend meeting or discussion with relevant activities, regulators and solicitors on matters related to legal issues on behalf of the company.
- Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matter on the company’s undertaking and operations.
- Attend to any legal queries within KPRJ's Group and to prepare a legal opinion based on the research conducted.
- Liaise with external lawyers and internal inter related department when required.
- Update and monitor on-going or active agreement for corporate matters and generally related to all business unit of KPRJ’s Group.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experiences as a legal practitioner or corporate environment.
- Must have at least Bachelor in Law or equivalent.
- Candidate must complete chambering and admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- Good interpersonal skills, tactful, discretion and conduct effective communications and interaction when dealing with people.
