Jawatan:
1. SENIOR ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER / ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Public Administration that is recognized by the Government of institutions of higher education or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto;
- Have experience working as an assistant administrative officer for a minimum of 3 years;
- Work experiences within government agencies, government-linked or public listed companies and large corporations would be highly advantageous;
- Have experience in the filing procedure by Arkib Negara;
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; and
- Have knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office).
Potential candidates must possess the following:
- Meticulous in their work, with strong attention to details;
- Accountable, responsible and hardworking;
- Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society;
- Possess good attitude, communication skills and rapport with public;
- Have a strong sense of urgency; and
- Healthy and good track record in daily working attendance.
