Positions:
1. ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide, assist, attend and monitor shift supervisor for any abnormal finding to ensure equipment condition are save for operation requirement & work closely with operation team for maintenance & operation coordination
- Ensure equipment repair works as per OEM requirement.
- Monitor advice and attend in troubleshooting of breakdown equipment as required.
- Plan, monitor and control the execution of condition monitoring exercise to all machines involved as required.
- Ensure overall CMMS database on the shift basis is timely and precisely updated by Shift Supervisor as reference in the future.
- Ensure M&R activities are conducted safety to the compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure JPB M&R activities are compliant with all Malaysian and State Regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control overall ERT activities at all shifts.
- Plan corrective maintenance works.
- Assist the Senior Manager, QC and TC section head for the new economic sourcing of spares including technical investigation on compatibility or modification on obsolete spares components.
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum Degree in Engineering studies (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Automotive) or equivalent.
- 1 – 5 years working experience.
- Physically fit to take maintenance and repair tasks without any major health problem.
- Possess electrical and mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting skills. Understanding with Port material handling equipment and PLC system is advantages.
- Ability to handle electrical breakdown and troubleshoot in safety manner with keen eye for details and accuracy of works.
- Posses good communication and writing in English and Malay.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to work at height.
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and after office hours if required.
