Position:
1. HR CONSULTANT (RECRUITMENT)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and implement effective Group's end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies, sourcing techniques and channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified external candidates including Management Trainee. Identify current and future talent gaps and devices proactive approaches to address them.
- Supervise, consult, and provide advice on the overall recruitment process and resolve cross-functional issues in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment documents. Coordinate regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, no. of filled positions per month.
- Prepare working paper to be tabled to the relevant committees on matters related to the recruitment of managerial positions which includes new appointments, contract renewal, confirmation of appointment, engagement with the headhunters, coordinating psychometrics assessment, working closely with the Compensation & Benefits unit.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent with minimum 9 years of working experience.
- Professional Certifications in HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and influencing skill with recruitment process knowledge, result oriented, excellent in planning and execution, problem-solving skill and writing skills.
- Ability to proactively review and revise existing processes and provide enhancement of the process.
