Positions:

1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Effectively manage the daily operations and workflow, and provide technical support for the AFC Events. 
• Responsible for the procurement, supply, and negotiation of IT goods and services for the company, in conjunction with legal and procurement professionals as appropriate. 
• Effectively monitor the availability and stability of servers, network equipment, and lease line connectivity. 
• Identify, analyze, and solve any problems related to IT. 
• Working on special technology related projects within the given datelines (with or without the third parties' assistance, if appropriate). 
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation and contracts that allow the management to get information on daily business activities or on and adhoc basis. 
• Managing the AFC's email domain, setup and troubleshooting (Google Mail-Business).
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, spare parts, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of the computer systems, printers, networks, antivirus, switches, telephones, communication & information technology devices, and other IT assets of the AFC. 
• Able to provide IT hardware & software related technical training to the end users. 
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of server rooms.
