Jawatan Kosong 2024 di Institut Integriti Malaysia (IIM) | Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dan berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan ditawarkan untuk memohon jawatan kosong di Institut Integriti Malaysia (IIM)

Jawatan:

1. KETUA PEGAWAI EKSEKUTIF

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and formulate IIM policies, directions and strategies.

2. Responsible for ensuring that financial results, company goals, and, when applicable, targets and milestones are effectively conveyed.

3. Accountable to ensure that Company has suitable procedures in place to execute its operations successfully and ethically.

4. Planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating IIM functions.

5. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.

6. Review the operation and achievements of IIM and report it to the members of the IIM board of directors;

7. Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies;

8. Represent IIM in dealings with external bodies, including the government or other authorities; dan

9. Coach, mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all members of staff.

Qualification:

• Possession of a postgraduate qualification in Business Management or Business Admin or related discipline

• Experience in projects implementation would be added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• A clear understanding of the professional ethical and legal responsibilities relevant to the position.

• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to lead significant change.

• Solid leadership and emotional intelligence skills with demonstrated ability to engage others to understand and embrace organizational culture, directions, goals and client service ethos.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and highly developed negotiation and strategic relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire work groups, to help form agile and high performing teams.

• Ability to identify opportunities for change and lead improvement initiatives.

• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to prepare high level reports to Board of Directors and external parties.

• Possess strong strategic planning and execution skills.

• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Substantial experience (more than 15 years) and record of achievements at a senior management level and significant experience in managing and leading employees.

• Previous experience and success in the delivery of work plans, to assist in the achievement of organizational strategic plans.

Salary:

RM30,000-RM 55,000 (excluding allowances/other remunerations)

The salary scale depends on experience and qualifications

Latar Belakang

Negara kita telah diimpikan oleh bekas Perdana Menteri Malaysia yang kelima, Tun Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi untuk menjadi sebuah negara bermasyarakat yang bermoral tinggi  dan beretika pada tahun 2020 apabila beliau mengisytiharkan penggerak utama impian ini iaitu Pelan Integriti Nasional (PIN) pada 5 November 2003.

Perumusan PIN telah didasarkan pada semangat dan prinsip Wawasan 2020 secara khusus untuk memenuhi cabaran keempat Wawasan 2020 iaitu “Membentuk sebuah masyarakat yang kukuh ciri-ciri moral dan etikanya dengan para warganya mempunyai nilai keagamaan dan kerohanian yang utuh, dan ditunjangi budi pekerti yang luhur”

Pelancaran PIN pada 23 April 2004 oleh Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi juga telah sekaligus melahirkan Institut Integriti Malaysia (INTEGRITI) sebagai sebuah badan penyelaras dan pemantau kepada pelaksanaan Pelan Integriti Nasional dimana objektif utama INTEGRITI ialah membangunkan sebuah bangsa Malaysia yang berintegriti, berdaya tahan dan mempunyai nilai-nilai murni sejagat.
