Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE, TREASURY DEPARTMENT
Job Description:
1. Strong background in knowing markets related to investments.
2. To execute investment activities, daily end-to-end investment transaction processing, and authorization on a timely and accurate basis and in compliance with internal controls/policies.
3. Contribute to tasks in all phases of the deal transaction, from origination, execution, and documentation up to deal closing.
4. To manage, monitor and report all the existing investments (Money Market and Fixed Income).
5. Conduct research and analysis in preparation of market updates, data gathering in securities.
6. To prepare approval papers for investment proposals for all prospective deals.
7. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
8. Experience in securities trading and investing will be an advantage.
9. Experience in corporate finance (debt market and corporate banking) will be an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. At least 1-3 years of experience in understanding treasury and accounting field.
2. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in Finance, Banking, Accounting, and or Business Studies.
