Positions:
1. COOK (COLD/ HOT & PREPARATION KITCHEN)
Job Purpose:
- To assist Chef/Chef De Partie prepare/ check stock order materials required by the Hot & Cold Kitchen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure food are prepared and cooked as per agreed standard and specification.
- Compulsory compliance to Food Safety and other SOP with regards to kitchen operations.
- Responsible to maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times during operational.
- Responsible to unit audit compliance.
- Ensure action is taken on every feedback received from airlines with regards to food quality as instructed by the Executive Chef.
- Assist and participate in any sampling exercise as assigned by the Executive Chef.
- Responsible to assist in achieve effective OSH & SMS implementation.
-Other task or function assigned by supervisor or Executive Chef.
Requirements:
- Possess Certs, Post Graduate Diploma Culinary, Food & Beverage preferably and related field.
- Has at least two (2) years work experience Culinary & Food studies or any related field or industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, integrity & trust and good physical stamina.
- Able to work on SHIFT.
- Fully vaccinated.
- Job location at Sepang, klia.
- This is a Non-Executive position.
