Job description:
- To carry out duties for the department assigned by the Superior.

- To be able to carry out daily task according to the basic ISO 9001 requirements especially to proper documentation practice such as filing, photocopying, stamping, registering, distributing and recording quality data.

- To perform given task effectively and efficiently with minimal consumption of time, without wasting material.

- Be able to produce good quality output.

- Practice effective and polite communication among all department staffs.

- Report to duty on time. Should follow company regulations at all time.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you by your Superior or the Management from time to time.


Job description:

- Prepare the final and complete set of management accounts (Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Cash Flows Statement).

- Analyse financial performance against targets and provide commentary on variances via preparation of Monthly Financial Report (MFR).

- Prepare financial information for submission of BPC template. 

- Furnish financial information for Group Finance templates.

- Prepare RPT/RRPT schedules.

- Prepare SST computation.

- Liaise with external auditor during quarter audit review.

- Involve in stock count activity at selected estates. 

- Prepare provisional tax computation for Group In-House Tax.

- Prepare Statutory Financial Statements in accordance with MFRS, Companies Act and Group accounting policies.

- Prepare FRS 124 requirement; send form to directors & KMP, follow  up on reply/status.

- Liaise with external auditor during final audit review.

- Liaise with internal auditor and Group In-House Tax.

- Prepare final tax computation for Group In-House Tax.

- Assist Group In-House Tax team to prepare transfer pricing documentation.
