Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Administration or in related field that is recognized by the government of institutions of higher education;
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a related field;
- Experience in preparing the policy paper/ inputs for Mesyuarat Jemaah Menteri (MJM), Ministry or government agencies;
- Experience in coordinating international meetings/ forum/ cooperation in the renewable energy sector;
- Knowledge and experience in energy policy, electric supply industry and renewable energy field would be highly advantageous; and
- Well versed in spoken and written Malay and English.
Potential candidates must possess the following:

- Assertive and at the same time diplomatic and tact;
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment;
- Highly analytical, methodical and objective thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society;
- Able to work independently;

- Ability to serve both as a leader (to chair a committee) and a subordinate (to take directions from the chair);
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up based on facts developed in the investigation;
- Utmost discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality; and
- Highly results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
