1. TECHNICIAN/ AUDITOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Job Description:
1. Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline from recognized college or institute.
2. Well knowledge in automotive industries especially on the automotive components. Added knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 41001 and ISO 45001 including other automotive company specific requirements
Quality Management System & Warranty Group
Report to Warranty Executive
Responsibilities:
- Update warranty claim from WMS.
- Update schedule from warranty.
- Update quality problems / status at customer.
- Analyse type of reject for warranty claim.
- Compiling data and reporting.
- Replacing parts and field works.
- Processing customer claims.
Job Summary:
- Customer System Claims (e.g. WMS (Proton) & Perodua Claim)
- RE Market Claims
- Warranty issue at Customer (e.g. Proton, Perodua, Honda etc.)
- Customer ratings
- Other work related-Quality Management System
