1. PEMBANTU TADBIR – KEWANGAN

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 tahun pengelaman bekerja
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, inisiatif dan komitmen yang tinggi, pemain pasukan yang baik dan fleksibiliti dalam kes kerja lebih masa dan luar pejabat.

Job Responsibility:
- Membantu menyediakan permintaan sebut harga, New Project Creation Form (NPCC), Notice To Invoice (NTI) dan sediakan laporan bulanan.
- Pastikan penghantaran Inbois tepat pada masanya.
- Memastikan kualiti Pengeluaran nota kredit/debit dan Inbois AR jika perlu.
- Mengemaskini kini data dalam KPI tracking dan semakan harian Billing Frequency.
- Menyediakan pengesahan penghutang apabila diperlukan.
- Berhubung dengan pelanggan dan memantau baki penghutang.
- Menyediakan surat peringatan kepada pelanggan untuk inbois tertunggak

Academic Qualifications:
- Mempunyai sijil Diploma kewangan/perakaunan/pengurusan bisnes atau bidang berkaitan daripada Universiti yang diiktiraf

2. MANAGER – INVESTMENT ANALYST (FINANCE)

Requirement:
- Have an experience in terms of:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Financial Information System
- Cash Flow Management
- Accounting Knowledge and Business Operation
- Funding/Refinancing/Project Finance
- Fluent and can write in Malay and English well.
- Has good communication skills, high initiative and commitments
- Has the ability to lead with the mentality of an executive who has a clear vision
- Can work in any work environment even under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibility:

- Corporate Finance
Initiate funding and debt liability management initiatives. Sourcing and managing of standby & short-term banking facilities. Providing advisory services to subsidiaries and associates. Compliance to loan covenants and procurement of lender’s consent. To perform relevant analysis in relation to investment and selling of non-core assets exercise. Other corporate finance advisory service.  

- Project Finance
To review the financial model for project and analyse the costing methodology. Involve in preparing all financial models for new business proposal to ensure efficient business process. To involve with the project team in monitoring and managing the financial status and progress of the subjects. To review all necessary information relating to the projects and thereafter assess the project viability. To challenge the elements that contribute to the total project capital cost and O&M cost.  

- Others
To prepare other related works such as business plan, annual report and Board papers. Liaising with bankers, auditors and related government agencies. To attend meeting relates to financial issues if required such as tender evaluation, direct negotiation etc. Maintaining the financial model for all  projects and business model undertake by TNBES. Others assignment given by CFO. To provide coaching, counseling and mentoring to subordinates.

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance
- Minimum 5 years experienced in Corporate and Project Finance.

3. EXECUTIVE – TALENT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT

Requirement:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management (essential).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
- Has good communication skills, high initiative and commitments

Job Responsibility:
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close the employee competency gap effectively.
- Ensure all training & assessment records for all employees are well maintained and managed
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Ensure timely HRD Corp application and reimbursement of training expenses

Academic Qualifications:
- Applicant have graduated in Bachelor’s in Human Resources/Business Management or equivalent from a recognized institute.
