Jawatan:

1. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Requirement:
  • Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin/Hokkien languange
  • Experienced in communications, media relations, public relations, branding and customer engagements.
  • Knowledgeable on energy industry and smart meter installation program
  • IT literate and skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
 
Job Responsibility:
  • Plan local customer engagements with based on agreed approach and deployment plan
  • High Rise Area
  • For gated/guarded low-rise areas, contact and conduct site visits to the Residential Association (RA) and/or wakil penduduk to discuss on agreed date for meter installation
  • For non-gated low rise areas, contact and conduct site visits to Penghulu/Ketua Kampung/Ketua Taman to discuss on agreed date for meter installation 1) Assign team member(s) for each Business Area Code (BAC) that performs the following tasks: 2) Proper planning and execution of engagement strategy according to AMI engagement plan
  • Internal stakeholders and NGOs coordination for all customer engagement and communication activities (as and when required)
  • To map out pre-, during and post smart meter installation programs
  • To monitor and track letter printing and rendering activities
  • Coordinate and execute customer engagement activities with RA, MO, JMB, Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT), ministries and other related agencies.
  • To collaborate and educate customers with appointed NGOs, Wireless Communication Centre (WCCUTM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM)/other related agencies to address smart meter concerns
  • Collaborate with TNB Careline to conduct customer survey (Voice of Customer)

Academic Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Communication or any field by recognised University
