Positions:

1. DEPUTY MANAGER, ASSET QUALITY SECTION

Job Description:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members in developing the theory of change and results chains guided by data studies & trend analysis.
  • Support the development of intervention plans, activity plans, budgets, and other necessary intervention management documents as needed.
  • Lead projects’ initiatives to study new opportunities for business sustainability.
  • To oversee and manage research projects including data mining, data analytics and advisory to accelerate business operation.
  • Evaluate data and information to develop appropriate suggestion for management’s decisions.
  • To manage procurement, projects documentation such as an internal memorandum, Letter of Appointment (LOA) and Request for Proposal (RFP) related to the data analysis project, if required.
  • To supervise data extraction, analysis, trends, patterns, predictions using relevant data and report preparation on the effectiveness of AKPK services and as when required by Head of Department or Management.
  • Leverage on available technical expertise in data studies & trend analysis to develop sector strategies; in close collaboration with Product & Project specialists, FED, and the CEC team.
  • Support the preparation of material and presentations to promote section’s
  • To oversee and manage section’s processes of designing, strategising, planning and communications, monitoring and reporting on all assigned interventions.
  • To develop and maintain close relationships with stakeholders while overseeing and coordinating the implementation of project interventions initiatives and projects.
  • To provide inputs, feedbacks and reports to management in a timely manner, within the stipulated timeline.
  • To perform any other related duties as may be required by management.
  • To ensure compliance and adherence of the internal and external Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines.

Requirement:
  • Possess a Degree or its equivalent (preferably in Management / Business Administration / Marketing or any other relevant discipline) from a recognized University/College.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess good work planning skills.
  • Must be independent, result oriented and team player.
  • Must be able to meet the turnaround time and properly organize the tasks. 
  • Knowledge of data management and visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Must have experience in developing, managing and execute programs.
  • Good team management experience and experience in supervising staff.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively and have good interaction skills with all levels within the organisation.
  • Must be able to meet the turnaround time and properly organise the tasks for proper coordination of the event.
  • Good Credit Report.
