Jawatan:
1. ADMIN/OPERATIONS OFFICER - TERMINAL KLIA (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS)
Essential Position Functions:
- Monitor the operations within and coordinate with related agencies and units; to ensure smooth flow of passengers.
- Ensure all facilities are serviceable and well maintained. To take necessary actions on facilities that was reported faulty.
- To manage/ coordinate/liaise with others agencies for any event/crisis/emergencies.
- Supervise the performance of the Terminal Operations staffs that are under his/her jurisdictions.
- Liaise with AODM; on the overall status of the airport.
- To compile all report on operation and facilities.
- Ensure compliances to IMS and other certifications requirement.
- To attend meeting on behalf of Duty Executives / Terminal Manager during their absence.
- Monitor and ensure that the management of the VIP rooms is carried out as per SOP and Courtesy and Care.
- Monitor/manage the performance of the service contractors at the terminal and ensure that they performed as per contract agreement.
- Handle all complaints or feedbacks in a professional manner.
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TERMINAL SERVICES (KLIA/KLIA2) (ADMINISTRATION)
Essential Position Functions:
- Provide leadership to ensure proper integration and co-ordination of Terminal Management
- and Operations with other units within the company and other end user agencies/departments
- Plan and establish an effective organization and manpower requirement for overall Terminal Services
- Set standards and operating procedures for Terminal Management and Operations and execute airport emergency procedures (AEP)
- Ensure that all the facilities provided for the use of airport customers in the said buildings are serviceable all the time
- Coordinate effort to ensure minimum delays to the users whenever maintenance or repair works are carried out to the above facilities – ultimate responsibility still lies with the engineering dept. and the respective units
- Develop and organize refresher training and familiarization for all manpower under Operations
- Assist and coordinate closely with other service providers at the airport to ensure the service standards provided at klia2 meet the requirement in the region (e.g. contractors, )
- Establish SOP,working instructions as per IMS (QMS, OHSAS, EMS) requirement compliance and other certifications
3. DRIVER
Essential Position Functions:
- To drive the Top Mangement to and from various destinations for all scheduled matters.
- To ensure all disciplines pertaining orderliness (i.e no smoking, cleanliness) are adhered to at all times in the vehicle.
- To adhere punctuality at all times.
- To inform the next person in charge for replacement if a pickup cannot be made on the scheduled time or is on emergency leave.
- To maintain and monitor regular checking and maintenance records of vehicles' repairs and servicing.
- To ensure readiness with the uniform on at all times.
- Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and / or to visitors (company’s guest).
