1. ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (CYBERJAYA)
Salary : RM 2,700 - RM 3,780
Job Description:
Purpose
1. Responsible to ensure all transactions in GL are accurate and all reconciliations are verified and completed for
Multimedia University (UTSB).
2. Prepare all Management Accounting Report under Multimedia University (UTSB).
3. Adhere the timeline for financial year end audit exercise under Multimedia University (UTSB).
4. Audit coordinator for financial audit exercise under Multimedia University (UTSB).
Area of responsibilities
1. Responsible to advice and ensure all transaction by verifying the account code & other required details.
2. Responsible to prepare all reporting for monthly, quarterly & yearly as per required by MMU & TM related to Non-Student Revenue.
3. Responsible to ensure that the reconciliation for all related account is verified and completed within the specific period.
4. Responsible to ensure all identified items in unidentified collection account has been updated and reversed from this account when necessary.
5. Responsible to ensure that revenue and direct cost has been recognized accordingly.
6. Responsible to ensure all transactions in GL are accurate and to attend audit queries during the financial audit exercise under Multimedia University (UTSB).
7. Responsible to coordinate any special project related to the improvement of company’s accounts as instructed by the immediate superior / management.
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE DIVISION
Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,200
Job Description:
Job Purpose
Responsible to ensure all transactions in GL are accurate and all reconciliations are verified and completed for all subsidiaries under Multimedia University. . Prepare all Management Accounting Report for all subsidiaries under Multimedia University. Adhere the timeline for financial year end audit exercise for all subsidiaries under Multimedia University. Audit coordinator for financial audit exercise for all subsidiaries under Multimedia University.
Area of Responsibilities
1. Responsible to ensure all transactions are accurate by verifying the account code & other required details.
2. Responsible to ensure all related reporting as per required by MMU & TM related to Non-Student Revenue for monthly, quarterly & yearly are prepared & completed on timely basis.
3. Responsible to ensure the reconciliation for all related accounts are verified and completed within the specific period.
4. Responsible to ensure all identified items in unidentified collection account has been updated and adjusted accordingly, when necessary.
5. Responsible to ensure that revenue and direct cost by project is recognized accordingly.
6. Responsible to prepare & finalize End Project Report (EPR) for all projects.
7. Responsible to prepare any performance analysis on financially for all subsidiaries or specific project.
8. Responsible to ensure all transactions in GL are accurate and to attend audit queries during the financial audit exercise for all subsidiaries under Multimedia University.
9. Responsible to coordinate any special project related to the improvement of company’s accounts as instructed by the immediate superior / management.
