Jawatan:

1. CLERK (NE4) GROUP FINANCIAL SERVICES DIVISION

Responsibilities of Position:

Ensure timely preparation in daily corporate operations re PEA that adhere to the approved budget within seven (7) working days upon invoices received.

To highlight any discrepancies noted during verification of expenses to direct superior within 1 working day.

Ensure timely issuance of payments for travelling claims & rental payments within seven (7) working days.

To highlight any discrepancies noted during verification of expenses to direct superior within one (1) working day.

Monthly accruals for PEA, travelling & rentals.

To ensure proper filing for all financial documents and to ensure the safety of Company’s documents under staff’s supervision.

Qualification / Experience:

LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent and recognized by the Government of Malaysia.

Minimum one (1) year progressive working experience in related field.

Professional Skills/Knowledge:

Enhanced skills in IT tools to compile data to assist superior in preparation of financial reports (MS Word & Excel)

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

 
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE (E2) GROUP COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT (GCD)

Responsibilities of Position:

Social Media Management · Assist Superior in managing Social Media Campaigns of all branding and marketing initiatives.

Assist Superior to create and implement all advertisement/promo materials according to the yearly Strategic Communication Plan for the company.

Propose, create visual aspects including infographics to disseminate information to the public. Manage relevant content to be published (images, video and written) on any Social Media platform of the company.

Assist to plan and schedule Social Media strategies for the year to help drive traffic and engagement to the Company Website and Social Media Platforms to achieve the target set.ie. Facebook etc.

Keep abreast of any Social Media trends and development.

Prepare proposal/approval memo for any social media & Website related activities as and when necessary. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program & Event Management

Prepare posters/banners and Point of Sales (POS) materials for exhibitions and road shows.

Plan and coordinate any CSR Events and Corporate events in line with the Strategic Communication Plan.

Assist Superior in preparing any events initiative related documents such as advertorial/editorial content, script, speeches in both Bahasa and English where necessary.

Others · Assist Superior in compiling relevant quotations for Social Media activities, CSR Program and Event Management purposes as and when necessary.

Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Qualification / Experience:

Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or any relevant or its equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.

Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ progressive working experience in related fields.

Professional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent Digital Marketing Skills
  • IT Savvy Ø Creative and innovative
  • Good organisational skills (Event management)
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Understanding of Company’s internal policies & procedures i.e SOP, Policies, COBE etc.

Sejarah

Sejarah berkembangnya AIM berkait rapat dengan penubuhan Bank Grameen. Sejarah bermulanya Bank Grameen adalah apabila Dr Muhammad Yunus, Pensyarah Ekonomi di Universiti Chittagong Bangladesh menjalankan kajian pada tahun 1976 mengenai golongan miskin yang jarang melibatkan diri dalam dunia perbankan.

Daripada kajiannya mendapati golongan miskin ini tidak berupaya untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka adalah kerana tidak mempunyai modal yang mencukupi. Oleh itu, Prof. Yunus mencadangkan bahawa jika golongan miskin ini diberi suntikan modal pada masa dan situasi yang betul pasti akan dapat membina sebuah pembangunan yang pesat.
